Dr. Momna Rubab is currently serving as Assistant Professor at SFAS, University of Management and Technology, Lahore. She earned her MS and Ph.D. in Food Science and Biotechnology from Kyungpook National University and Kangwon National University, South Korea, respectively. Her research is focused on employing molecular and advanced detection techniques for the rapid detection of foodborne pathogens. She has published 19 articles in various impacted journals and 20 scientific abstracts as proceedings in International conferences.
