I completed M.Sc. (Hons) Food Technology from University of Agriculture Faisalabad and submitted PhD thesis in Food Technology. My work basically emphasis on tackling malnutrition with different functional foods using composite flour technology, therapeutic dairy based diets and exploring role of probiotics. Furthermore, viability of probiotics can be extended by using electrospinning technology. These electrospun fibers have extended shelf life.
