Dr. Muhammad Nadeem is currently serving as Assistant Professor at SFAS, University of Management and Technology, Lahore. Dr. Nadeem earned his PhD in Food Technology from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. His research focus was on food safety and food technology by employing chromatographic techniques (HPLC and GC) for assessing pesticides and mycotoxins in raw and processed produce. His M.Phil. research was on food bio actives and their application for mitigation of health-related disorders. Moreover, He has been an integral part of several professional national and international seminars/conferences/workshops/trainings and symposia. Dr. Nadeem has also published papers in well reputed Journals, scientific abstracts and written international Book Chapter.
