Dr. Muhammad Subtain is serving as Assistant Professor at School of Food and Agricultural Sciences, University of Management and Technology, Lahore. He holds Ph.D. degree in Food Technology from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. During his PhD, he has been an awardee of HEC Indigenous Fellowship Scholarship. He has research interests in cereals, baking, food waste valorization and Food Chemistry. He has worked on different conventional and modern extraction methods to extract oleoresins from different plant species and evaluated their end-use potential. Dr. Muhammad Subtain has a lot of academic and research experience and has published number of research and review articles in different National and International Journals. He has been part of several professional national and international seminars, conferences and workshops. Currently, he is also working as reviewer of different Journals.
