Muhammad Shoaib Fayyaz holds a degree of MSc. (Hons.) Food Technology from University of Agriculture Faisalabad. He also holds a Govt. scholarship throughout his educational career. His research focuses on the processing of tomato pulp and development of texturized vegetable proteins. His research interests include fruits and vegetables processing and food processing and preservation.
