Ms. Mashta Ikram holds an MPhil in Food and Nutrition and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Lahore. She is currently working as a Lecturer in the School of Food and Agricultural Sciences (SFAS), UMT. Her research work focuses on mental health and bone health. She has teaching experience at the University of South Asia, Lahore, along with clinical exposure at an Ortho Rehab Center in Lahore. She has also completed an entrepreneurship project under UVAS in collaboration with the Punjab Food Authority under an approved Food License. Ms. Ikram has published multiple research articles in peer-reviewed journals. Her professional interests encompass nutrition research, clinical nutrition, and practical applications within food and human nutrition sciences.
