Dr. Saba Liaqat is currently serving as Assistant professor in Department of Human Nutrition and Dietetics, SFAS, University of Management and Technology, Lahore. She secured her PhD in Food and Nutrition from Allama Iqbal open University, Islamabad. She earned her MSc (Hons) and BSc. Hons in Food and Nutrition from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. Her research is focused on domains of human nutrition specifically weight management, clinical nutrition, sports nutrition. She is also having expertise in research on analytical novel techniques such as fuzzy logic, Just-about-right sensory evaluation, Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBs). She has vast research interest and published many research articles in National and International HEC recognized impacted journals.
