The Department of Food Science and Technology is aimed at catering to the need of enormously growing food industries in Pakistan. The department is offering BS, MS, and Ph.D. programs in various disciplines of Food Science and Technology including Food Safety and Quality Management to meet the requirements of competent Food Technologists, and Food Safety & Quality Managers to curtail the challenges faced by the Food Sector. Our graduates are trained in turning raw agricultural products into safe, shelf-stable, variety foods and beverages that every human being can afford and access.
