Mr. Muhammad Usman is currently serving as a Lecturer at the School of Food and Agricultural Sciences (SFAS), University of Management and Technology (UMT). He is pursuing his Ph.D. in Food Technology at the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (UAF), under the prestigious HEC Indigenous Scholarship program.His research primarily focuses on the extraction, characterization, and authenticity detection of gelatin derived from various animal sources. Mr. Muhammad Usman has authored multiple peer-reviewed research articles published in reputed journals, along with contributions to book chapters and scientific abstracts in the field of food science and technology.
