Dr. Anum Ishaq is working as Assistant Professor at the Department of Human Nutrition and Dietetics, SFAS, University of Management and Technology, Lahore. She is HEC approved Supervisor in the field of Food Technology. Dr. Anum completed her PhD (Food Technology) in 2019 from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. Her research is mainly focused on employing multiple hurdle technology to improve the safety and quality of meat with special reference to the application of several thermal, non-thermal, chemical and biological interventions. She is the author of several peer-reviewed articles in various impacted journals, book chapters and scientific abstracts.
