I have a versatile experience in the field of Food Sciences & Human Nutrition, since the past 6 years with an equal opportunity to work in various branches of Food Technology and Nutrition. With a varied experience in this field I am able to provide nutritionally sound diets, various cooking techniques and diet suitable to personal likes and dislikes, religion and beliefs. My counselling style focuses on the individuality of each patient to create sustainable, healthy behavior, and lifestyle changes.
But my primary passion is chronic diseases prevention and management with a focus on diabetes, hypertension, GI tract diseases, kidney disease, metabolic syndrome, other cardiovascular disorders and much more related to clinical nutrition.
