Program Objective
- To provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles of agricultural sciences and pertinent technologies.
- To equip students with knowledge of modern agricultural practices in relevant domains such as crop production, pest management, and farm management.
- To develop students' practical skills in conducting research and analyzing problems related to agricultural at the field and lab levels.
- To prepare students for competent roles in agriculture through effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- To equip students with ethical and sustainable practices related to agricultural production and food security.
- To ensure that graduates can respond to emerging issues in agriculture such as climate change, food safety, food security and the efficient use of resources in agriculture.

Admission Requirements
A prospective applicant to an Undergraduate Program must have
- HSSC (Pre-Medical and Pre-Engineering) with at least 50% marks.
- A-Level with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics.
- No third division in Matric.
- UMT Admission Test with at least 50% marks.
- Required from IBCC for O-Level, A-Level (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics), or other disciplines.
- Any other criteria specified by the Department or regulatory body.
