Ms. Saleha is currently working as a Lecturer in the Department of Food Science and Technology at SFAS UMT. She has completed her Masters in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from SFAS and her Bachelors in Nutrition Sciences from School of Health Sciences, UMT with distinctions. Her Master's research was focused on formulation of bitter gourd supplemented whole wheat cookies, harnessing bitter gourd’s potent hypoglycemic and antioxidant potential.
