Ms. Syeda Afnan Mujahid is currently working as a Lecturer in the Department of Food Science and Technology at SFAS UMT. She has completed her Masters in Food Technology and her bachelors in Food Science and Technology from School of Food and Agricultural Sciences, UMT with distinction. Her Masters research was focused on the valorization of animal liver as a potential supplement in processed food products.
