Dr. Rahman is currently serving as Assistant Professor at SFAS, University of Management and Technology, Lahore. He is HEC approved Supervisor in the field of Food Technology. Dr. Rahman earned his PhD in Food Technology from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. His research is focused on employing spectroscopic techniques as rapid tool for predicting Halal authenticity, quality and safety of meat. He is also serving as Editorial Board Member of SCIREA Journal of Food, Member of Food Safety Advisory Board, Cambridge Scholars Publishing, Member of Food Science and Technology Advisory Board, Cambridge Scholars Publishing and Potential Reviewer of several International Journals. Furthermore, He has been an integral part of several professional national and international seminars/conferences /workshops and symposia. Dr. Rahman has published 28 articles in various impacted journals, 18 book chapters and 65 scientific abstracts as proceedings.
