Participants are highly encouraged to submit their work on the thematic areas indicated in the following section. The authors interested in presenting their paper/poster are requested to forward their abstracts (maximum of 500 words), title, name of the author/s (name of the presenting author underlined), institutional/organizational affiliation, email, and postal address along with a duly filled registration form.
Submissions must be original, not published previously, or be under consideration for publication elsewhere while being evaluated for this conference.

As part of ICETFFN-2026, we are organizing a Poster Presentation Competition to provide participants with an opportunity to showcase their research, ideas, and creativity in a professional and academic environment.
The Poster Presentation Competition will be held on 23 January, and cash prizes will be awarded to the top three positions as follows:

1st Position: PKR 10,000

2nd Position: PKR 8,000

3rd Position: PKR 5,000
All registered participants will receive certificates of participation
