Admission to the BS Human Nutrition and Dietetics (HND) program is governed by the policies and regulations of the University of Management and Technology (UMT) and applicable regulatory authorities.
To be eligible for admission, applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
- Applicants must have successfully completed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC/F.Sc. Pre-Medical), A-Level (with equivalent science subjects), or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).
- Applicants must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in Intermediate/A-Level or an equivalent qualification.
- Applicants must not have obtained a third division in Matriculation/Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent examination.
- Applicants must secure a minimum of 50% marks in the UMT Admission Test or any other assessment prescribed by the University at the time of admission.
- Admission applications are evaluated according to the University's approved admission policies, eligibility criteria, and merit determination procedures.
- Program Requirements: Admitted students are required to follow the approved semester-wise study plan, fulfill prerequisite requirements, and comply with all academic, professional, and departmental regulations
- Students are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the BS HND Program Handbook, University regulations, and departmental policies and must maintain compliance with all academic and professional requirements throughout their enrollment.
