Dr. Muhammad Rizwan is serving as Assistant Professor at SFAS, UMT. He holds Ph.D. degree in Food Technology from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. He has been awarded with "Medal" in MS Food Technology as top position holder. During his Ph.D., he has been awarded HEC Indigenous fellowship. Dr. Rizwan has over four years’ experience in academics and research. He is HEC approved Ph.D. research supervisor. He has published different research articles & book chapters in national and international journals and books. He is a reviewer of different peer review journals. Currently, he is also a member of Editorial Board of Journal of Experimental and Basic Medical Sciences and RADS-Journal of Food Bioscience. His research domain is food and nutrition with a special focus on functional & nutraceutical foods, extraction of bioactive compounds and assessment of their therapeutic perspective through bio-efficacy modeling.
