Food Biotechnology Laboratory

School of Food and Agricultural Science (SFAS) has a profound interest in development of skills and knowledge concerning the innovations in food texture and flavors through application of biotechnological knowledge. Hence, a complete set of genetic sequencing, protein analysis and amino acid profiling of novel bioactive food ingredients can be effectively performed in this lab.
