Food Chemistry Laboratory

This laboratory is equipped with facilities to conduct chemical analysis and reactions in the food. The tests that are being regularly conducted include analyses of titrimetric and spectrophotometric in nature. The determinations of moisture, lipids, proteins, and ash content in food are among the routine tests that are currently being carried out in this laboratory.

The Food Chemistry lab is open for commercial testing. Moreover, specific testing and research opportunities can be developed and designed as required by your company.
