The Food Microbiology lab is open for commercial testing. Moreover, the specific testing and research opportunities can be developed and designed as required by your company.

This lab is dedicated to microbial analysis, detection, and control of foodborne pathogens and spoilage organisms.

Key instruments: Laminar Flow Hood, Autoclave, Compound Microscope, Colony Counter, Anaerobic Jar, Growth Incubator, Shaking Incubator, Mini-Centrifuge, Plate Reader, Filtration Assembly
