Shafeeqa Irfan has done M.Sc. (Hons.) in Food Science and Technology from the University of Sargodha, Sargodha-Pakistan. Previously, She worked as an Ambassador at Lincoln Corner Sargodha-Pakistan American Cultural Centre. Her research is focused on processed Cheddar cheese with special reference to the use of various physical, chemical, and biological interventions to improve the quality and shelf-life of processed cheese.
